AIBrainTools is designed to collect as little information as is reasonably necessary to operate the site and respond to people who choose to contact us.

Information entered into the Studio tools

The current AIBrainTools Studio tools store working answers locally in your browser. AIBrainTools does not receive those answers simply because you type them into a Studio.

If you copy information from a Studio into an external AI service such as ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini, that information is then handled by that provider under its own terms, privacy settings and policies.

Contact form information

If you use the Contact page, we may receive the information you submit, such as your name, email address, message category and message. Form submissions may also be stored in the WordPress database so they can be reviewed and answered.

We use contact information to respond to the enquiry, investigate reported problems, consider suggestions, or follow up on a relevant business enquiry. We do not sell contact-form information to advertisers.

Technical information

Like most websites, the hosting server may record basic technical information such as IP address, browser information, requested pages, timestamps and error logs for security, reliability and troubleshooting.

Cookies and local browser storage

WordPress and site features may use cookies where necessary for normal operation. The current Studio tools may use browser local storage to remember your answers and progress on that device.

Affiliate links and advertising

Some pages may contain affiliate links or clearly identified promotional recommendations. If you follow an affiliate link, the destination website may use its own cookies or tracking to record the referral. Those third-party services operate under their own privacy policies.

Future analytics or advertising services

If AIBrainTools later enables additional analytics, advertising or newsletter services that materially change what information is collected, this policy should be updated to describe them.

Keeping information

Contact messages may be retained for as long as they remain useful for correspondence, support, record keeping or legitimate business purposes. Old or unnecessary submissions may be deleted periodically.

Your choices

You do not need to create an AIBrainTools account to use the current Studio tools. You can also clear locally stored Studio information using the controls provided inside a tool or through your browser settings.
