AIBrainTools is designed to collect as little information as is reasonably necessary to operate the site, provide requested updates and respond to people who choose to contact us.
Information entered into the Studio tools
The current AIBrainTools Studio tools store working answers locally in your browser. AIBrainTools does not receive those answers simply because you type them into a Studio.
If you copy information from a Studio into an external AI service such as ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini, that information is then handled by that provider under its own terms, privacy settings and policies.
You should avoid entering sensitive personal, financial, health, confidential business or other private information into an AI service unless you are comfortable with how that service handles the information.
AI Without the Fear and other browser-based resources
Some AIBrainTools resources may also store progress or preferences locally in your browser.
Unless a feature clearly tells you otherwise, information entered into these browser-based tools is not sent to AIBrainTools simply because you use the tool.
You can clear locally stored information using controls provided within a tool or through your browser settings.
Email updates and Kit
If you choose to subscribe to AIBrainTools email updates, the information you provide, such as your email address, is processed through Kit, our email newsletter and subscriber-management provider.
Kit may process information needed to manage subscriptions, send emails, confirm subscriptions, process unsubscribe requests and provide basic information about email delivery and engagement.
AIBrainTools may also use tags or similar subscriber information within Kit to identify where someone subscribed, such as through AIBrainTools or Business Maximisers. This helps us send more relevant updates and understand which signup sources are being used.
Subscription is optional. You can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link provided in our emails.
Information handled by Kit is also subject to Kit’s own privacy policies and terms.
Contact form information
If you use the Contact page, we may receive the information you submit, such as your name, email address, message category and message.
Form submissions may also be stored in the WordPress database so they can be reviewed and answered.
We use contact information to respond to the enquiry, investigate reported problems, consider suggestions, or follow up on a relevant business enquiry.
We do not sell contact-form information to advertisers.
Technical information
Like most websites, the hosting server may record basic technical information such as IP address, browser information, requested pages, timestamps and error logs.
This information may be used for security, reliability, troubleshooting and normal website operation.
Cookies and local browser storage
WordPress and site features may use cookies where necessary for normal operation.
The AIBrainTools Studio tools and some standalone resources may use browser local storage to remember your answers, progress or preferences on that device.
Third-party services used on the site, including Kit, may also use cookies or similar technologies where required to provide their services.
Affiliate links and promotional content
Some pages may contain affiliate links or clearly identified promotional recommendations.
If you follow an affiliate link, the destination website may use its own cookies or tracking technologies to record the referral.
Those third-party websites operate under their own privacy policies and terms.
AIBrainTools may receive a commission from qualifying purchases or registrations without increasing the price you pay.
Third-party websites and services
AIBrainTools may link to external websites and services, including AI platforms, software providers, Business Maximisers and other useful resources.
Once you leave AIBrainTools, the privacy practices of the destination website apply.
We do not control how third-party websites collect or process information.
Keeping information
Contact messages may be retained for as long as they remain useful for correspondence, support, record keeping or legitimate business purposes.
Subscriber information may remain in Kit while a person remains subscribed or while retention is reasonably required for subscription management and record keeping.
Old or unnecessary information may be deleted periodically.
Your choices
You do not need to create an AIBrainTools account to use the current Studio tools.

- clear locally stored Studio or resource information through the tool or your browser
- avoid sending information to external AI services
- contact us if you have a privacy-related question
Future services
If AIBrainTools later introduces services that materially change the information collected or how it is processed — such as additional analytics systems, advertising networks, payment processing, user accounts or other third-party services — this policy will be reviewed and updated.
